Acceptance & Binding Agreement
By visiting, registering an account on, funding, or interacting with MebbOTP ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you ("the User", "you") confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every provision in this document, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
Nature of Line Allocation
MebbOTP provides an automated telecom routing gateway connecting users to physical non-VoIP and virtual cellular lines across over 150 countries for the sole purpose of receiving inbound SMS authentication codes. We offer two distinct product categories:
- Short-Term (Temporary) Numbers: Ephemeral, single-session lines provisioned for up to 20 minutes for immediate SMS OTP verification. Once the session ends or a code is received, the number cannot be accessed again.
- Dedicated Long-Term Rentals (LTR): Private dedicated SIM physical numbers reserved for 3, 7, 14, or 30 days with unlimited inbound SMS capability for recurring multi-service use.
Automated 100% Real-Time Auto-Refund Guarantee
We stand firmly behind line delivery. If you purchase any temporary line and the third-party service fails to deliver an SMS code within the active 20-minute countdown window, or if you cancel the un-used line before a code arrives:
The full purchase amount is immediately released and credited back to your MebbOTP wallet balance in real-time. You are never charged for undelivered SMS verification attempts.
4. Strict Non-Recoverable Loss Disclosures & Instances
Read this section with extreme care before making purchases.
Because telecommunications carrier costs are incurred upon number provisioning and code delivery, the following instances constitute irreversible, non-recoverable losses. In these scenarios, MebbOTP is strictly unable to issue refunds, credits, or chargebacks:
INSTANCE 1 Successful Code Delivery is 100% Final
Once an SMS verification code is received in your active session console, the transaction is irrevocably completed. Even if you chose not to input the code into the target app, mistyped it, or changed your mind, carrier costs have been finalized and no refund will be provided.
INSTANCE 2 Third-Party Account Restrictions, Bans & Flagging
MebbOTP provides inbound telecom routing. We have zero control over the security algorithms, fraud filters, or moderation policies of third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, OpenAI, Claude, PayPal, TikTok, Tinder). If a platform bans, locks, flags, or terminates your account 10 seconds, 10 minutes, or 10 days after verification—due to dirty IP addresses, detected VPN/proxies, suspicious activity, device fingerprints, or policy breaches—MebbOTP bears zero liability and no refund is possible.
INSTANCE 3 Temporary Numbers Used for Permanent 2FA
Temporary lines are single-use ephemeral numbers designed for 1-time signup. If you register an account requiring future two-factor authentication (2FA) or password reset codes on a temporary number, you will lose access to that account when future codes are requested. MebbOTP cannot recover expired temporary numbers. Users needing recurring access must purchase Dedicated Long-Term Rentals.
INSTANCE 4 User-Side IP & Device Misconfigurations
For high-security services (e.g., USA WhatsApp, Claude AI, Banking Apps), third parties will block registration if your IP does not match the purchased country (e.g., registering a USA number from a Nigerian or Indian IP without a clean USA residential proxy). If you trigger platform security warnings before requesting an OTP, line allocation fees are not refundable once a code is dispatched.
INSTANCE 5 Dedicated Long-Term Rental Early Cancellations
Dedicated physical numbers are provisioned and paid for with telecom providers upfront for the entire term (3, 7, 14, or 30 days). Once the line is provisioned and active in your dashboard, early cancellations do not qualify for pro-rated refunds.
INSTANCE 6 Crypto Blockchain Transfer Errors
Cryptocurrency deposits sent to incorrect addresses, incompatible networks (e.g., sending ERC-20 tokens to a TRC-20 address), or below network minimums cannot be recovered by MebbOTP due to the immutable nature of blockchain ledgers.
INSTANCE 7 Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Transfers to Mistyped Usernames
Internal peer-to-peer balance transfers sent to an incorrect username or UID entered by the user are immediate and irreversible. Please double-check recipient details before confirming transfers.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
MebbOTP is built for legitimate software testing, developer QA, privacy preservation, and cross-border account verification. You agree NOT to use the platform for:
Any unlawful, fraudulent, or criminal purpose, including wire fraud, scams, or extortion.
Harassment, stalking, threat generation, or impersonation of individuals or government agencies.
High-frequency abusive script attacks, credential stuffing, or distributed denial of service (DDoS).
Verification of illegal dark web or illicit financial services.
Enforcement: Any account found violating these policies will be permanently banned immediately without notice, and any remaining wallet balances will be forfeited to cover administrative and carrier mitigation costs.
Wallet Balances, Deposits & Payments
All deposits made via Paystack, Squad GTB, Direct Bank Transfer, or Crypto are converted to digital platform credits ($ USD equivalent) for usage across all number servers.
- Deposited funds and bonus credits are digital platform utility units and are non-redeemable for fiat cash withdrawals unless explicitly approved by platform administration under exceptional circumstances.
- Unused wallet balances do not expire as long as your account remains in good standing.
- Automated deposits reflect instantly via webhooks; manual bank transfers are credited upon receipt confirmation (typically within 5–15 minutes).
Carrier & Third-Party Platform Disclaimers
MebbOTP is an independent communications service provider. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, Apple, Microsoft, PayPal, or any other trademarked platform. All product and company names are the registered trademarks of their original owners.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEBBOTP AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT CLOSURES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. IN ALL EVENTS, MEBBOTP'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN DISPUTE.
Amendments, Governing Law & Support
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material updates will be indicated by the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of MebbOTP following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
